        Your puppy has received atleast the  first set of shots and several dewormings before coming to you and to the best of my knowledge is in good and sound health, free of symptoms of infection and contagious diseases. Puppy will be seen by a licensed veternarian for vaccines and check ups. Buyer has 2 WORKING DAYS to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian once taking possesion of puppy, unless other wise agreed upon with the seller. Failure to do so will void this health guarantee.

        We do not guarantee against external or internal parasites.  These can be picked up as soon as the puppy leaves our home and it is impossible for us to guarantee against them. The puppy will be dewormed several times before leaving and will to the best of our knowledge be free of internal or external parasites. We guarantee your puppy to be free from contagious diseases up to 72 hours after leaving our premises. It is up to the buyer to keep puppy healthy.

        If the veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious or life threatening illness, buyer must contact breeder immediately. Buyer has the option of a replacement puppy of equal or less value when available. A letter from the examining veterinarian must be provided.  Breeder has one year to replace puppy.Buyer must contact breeder within 48 hours of learning of this illness. All vet  expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

        Should the veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life threatening genetic defect, having been there since birth, breeder will replace puppy with another puppy or equal or less value when available.If buyer decides on a puppy that is more expensive then the original cost of the puppy being replaced, the cost difference is the responsibility of the buyer. limited to one year from the purchase date. Buyer may return the puppy to the breeder but is not required to. Buyer must contact breeder immediately upon discovery of a genetic defect. Breeder has the right to have the puppy examined by their vet at buyers expense. Should puppy die from a genetic defect, an autopsy must be preformed and the results given to breeder.  ALL VET AND AUTOPSY COSTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

     
        Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from this guarantee as are open molaras. No guarantee is given for hypoglycemia(low blood sugar) this condition is not hereditary and IS preventable. No guarantee is made for the disposition, life span, size, or color of said puppy. We do not guarantee that any puppy will be of breeding or show quality. 


        Buyer assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY for the puppy after leaving breeders premises: for medical expenses, family allergies, disagreement of the family, etc. No replacement or refund will be made on a puppy due to illness from neglect , exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc. Vaccinations must be 3-4 weeks apart, for a series of three-four. rabies is to be given at 16 weeks. Should you fail to complete the full set of shots this guarantee is VOID.

        If puppy must be rehomed breeder has first right to purchase puppy back. Amount to be paid for purchase back shall not exceed the original purchase price of said puppy. Shipping costs are not included in this amount.  If it is decided that the puppy may be sold the new home must be approved by us before placement.

    Buyer agrees to keep puppy free from all contagious diseases as well as parasite free. Buyer agrees that puppy must recieve regular vet check ups. If buyer neglects puppy breeder reserves right to seize puppy from buyers care. Neglect includes but is not limited to, starvation, poor living conditions, inproper vet care, not treating illnesses, ect. 

    Buyer shall not under any circumstances sell said puppy to a puppy mill, puppy broker, animal testing facility or take the puppy to animal control. In the event it is found buyer has done any of these things, buyer shall pay breeder a fine of the amount of original purchase price.

    All puppies are sold as pets on limited registration unless other wise agreed upon with breeder. Breeding rights does not guarantee said puppy to be of breeding quality or able to produce. This also does not guarantee that said puppy will be of show quality. Puppies sold on pet contract will recieve limited registration. Puppy must be spayed or neutered by 9 months of age. Proof of this must be returned to breeder before 1 year of age of said puppy. Failure to do so will result in legal action and difference in pet and breeding rights purchase price must be paid.  May also result in repossesion of said puppy.

     Females sold with breeding rights are not to be bred before 15 months of age and not past the age of 6 years. Resulting puppies from any breeding are not to be sold to puppy mills, puppy brokers, pet shops, or for animal experiments.


      Your puppy  will be weaned on Diamond small breed puppy. We highly recommend this food and your puppy must be fed food from a high quality brand, which includes,  Canidae,Wellness,Eukenuba,Nutro,Royal Canine,Diamond, ect. in order to be covered under this health guarantee. Breeder has went over the list of acceptable foods with buyer.


    If all terms are not met in this contract buyer will be held in breach of contract and breeder reserves the right to repossess the dog at no charge.

Any legal actions that may arise from this contract will be the responsibility of buyer.Lawsuit will be brought to the breeders home town. All issues will be addressed in the Municple court of Montgomery County small claims ,under Judge James L. Manning. All court costs will be the responsibilty of buyer.
    


Both buyer and seller agree that they are signing this contract on their own free will. Each understand the terms of this contract and that this is a legally binding contract.
