        Your puppy has recieved the first set of shots and several dewormings before coming to you and to the best of my knowledge is in good and sound health, free of symptoms of infection and contagious diseases. Buyer has 2 WORKING DAYS to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, unless other wise agreed upon with the seller. Failure to do so will void this health guarentee.

        If the veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious or life threatening illness, buyer must contact breeder immediantely. Buyer has the option of a replacement puppy of equal or less value when available. A letter from the examining veterinarian must be provided. The puppy must be returned with in the 5 day guarentee period. No exchange will be made after this time. Breeder has one year to replace puppy. All vet  expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

        Should the veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life threatning genetic defect, having been there since birth, breeder will replace puppy or refund the amount of the purchase price, limited to one year from the purchase date. Buyer may return the puppy to the breeder. Buyer must contact breeder immediantly upon discovery of a genetic defect. Breeder has the right to have the puppy examined by their vet. Should puppy die from a genetic defect, an autopsy must be proformed and the results given to breeder. A replacement puppy or equal or less value will be provided when available. ALL VET AND AUTOPSY COSTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

        Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from this guarantee as are open molaras. No guarentee is given for hypoglycemia(low blood sugar) this condition is not heridtary and IS preventable. No guarantee is made for the disposition, life span, size, or color of said puppy. 

        Buyer assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY for the puppy after leaving breeders premises: for medical expenses, family allergies, disagreement of the family, etc. No replacemnet or refund will be made on a puppy due to illness from neglect , exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc. Vaccinations must be 3-4 weeks apart, for a series of three. rabies is to be given at 16 weeks. Should you fail to complete the full set of shots this guarentee is VOID.

        If the buyer should have to rehome puppy for any reason, said puppy is not to be transfered to a new owner, puppy must be returned to breeder at no charge. NO EXCEPTIONS.

      Your puppy has been on Canidae Grain free. We highly recommend this feed and your puppy must be fed food from a high quality brand, which includes,  Canidae,Wellness,Eukenuba,Nutro,Royal Canine,as well as a few others in order to be covered under this health guarantee.
