CONDITIONS:
STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
1.Provide bitch owner with known pedigree
2.Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our charge
3.Have stud dog in good physical condition and current brucellosis test
4.Sign litter registration promptly and return to bitch owner
5.provide a return stud service to same bitch using same stud if no pregnancy results from the mating at no charge. to receive the return service the bitch owner must notify the stud owner of failure to conceive, not more then 70 days following the last mating.If the stud is not available for what ever reason for the return service, the stud owner reserves the right to offer a different stud to the bitch owner.
6.Provide the bitch owner with a receipt for the stud service and record of the breeding dates
7.Have the stud dog free of both internal and external parasites.
8.Keep bitch separate from all other dogs in the home and not allow any other male to mate with bitch.

4. Send bitch in good health and in season
5.Notify stud owner no later then 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. failure to do so will result in no return service.
6.Keep the bitch properly confined after mating to make sure no accidental mating with any other male takes place.
7.agrees to not knowingly sale puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs, puppy mills, pet stores, or flea markets.
8.Bitch must be free of both internal and external parasites.
9.In the event bitch needs medical care while in the stud owners care, bitch owner understands those cost are their responsibility and all fees will be either reimbursed promptly or paid promptly.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
1. ONE PUPPY BORN DEAD OR ALIVE CONSTITUTES A LITTER.HOWEVER IF ONLY ONE PUPPY RESULTS FROM THIS MATING,A RETURN SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO THIS SAME BITCH AT HER NEXT HEAT CYCLE. PROVIDED ALL CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT HAVE BEEN MET.
2.IF THE BITCH FAILS TO CONCEIVE ON THE RETURN SERVICE,THIS CONTRACT IS TERMINATED.
3. STUD OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEDICAL COST THAT MAY ARISE FROM BREEDING, PREGNANCY, WHELPING, OR PUPPY CARE. BITCH OWNER SHALL PAY ALL MEDICAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CARE OF MOTHER AND ANY PUPPIES THAT RESULT FROM BREEDING.
