Here is where it all begins! This is our home and where all of our dogs are born and raised. We encourage our buyers to visit with their puppies weekly. We do require that you wear shoe covers when entering our home(which we provide for you) and that you sanitize your hands before handling our babies. We do not allow people to handle the pups until they are atleast a week old. This is all for the health and safety of our little ones.

Meet the family!

Im Ashley. Im a stay at home wife and mother. Im married to Scott and we have two beautiful little boys, Brenden and Colton.  As well as a whole herd of fur babies. I plan on going back to school to be become a license vet tech and then in the future, a licensed vet. That was I can further be prepared to take care of my little . Im very rarely gone so Im always here if you have an questions or concerns.

My husband Scott is a Diagnostic technition and Supervisor  for Time Warner. I dont know many men who wouldnt complain about house full of dogs, and ours if full!

Our boys Brenden & Colton

When our mamas are 50 days into their pregnancy, they are set up in either a whelping box inside of a pen, or inside of a play pen with a bed.

When you walk up to our door, this is the sign you will see

When we leave the house, our dogs are crated, two per cage, we have been told that with them like that, the fire department would have a very good chance of rescuing them all if there was a fire.this is the only time they are caged, they run freely when we are home

Our medicine cabinet with everything we use for our dogs/puppies. We keep everything in this cabinet except our shots and medicine that must be kept cold. We check every thing in our cabinet and fridge every 6 months for experation.

Whelping box. When our mamas are in labor i put them in a safe place with their box so i can keep a good eye on them and get to puppies easily if need be. I stay by moms side from the very first sign of labor until 4 hours after the last puppy is born. I will check on puppies every 2 hours for the first 48 hours. We put a divider in the middle to split the box in half so puppies dont get too far from mom, after two weeks the divider is taken out and one corner of the room is set up as a potty area. The size of the whelping box varies depending on the size of the mom. The box below is the one we use with our rattie moms, for our chihuahua moms we a cat litter box, it works amazing and just the perfect size!

My instrument tray. I keep everything I need during whelping time in here. When mom is a week from due date I set everything up.On this tray is id bands to identify the puppies, gloves, hemostates, scissors, thermometer, suction bulb, lubricating jelly, floss, flour to stop blood from umbilical cords, nutri drops, hand sanitizers, peroxide, tums tablets for calcium for mom during labor, karo syrup, and nutri cal, and rags to clean up pups.

The puppy warming box. Puppies stay in here during labor so they dont get hurt while mom is moving around. Its warmed with a heating pad on low.

The Whelping area. this is the whole set up. This set up changes from mom to mom depending on size and how much room I need. The mom below is one of our bigger moms so she needs a bigger area, with a bigger whelping box.

Puppy Scale. I weigh puppies immediantly after birth, twice a day for the first week, then they are weighed daily until they leave our home. This is one of the first signs of distress and it really helps us to keep our little ones healthy.
PICTURE COMIN SOON

On a nice warm day we take our dogs out for a romp. We keep them in a pen for their safety. Water and shade is always available. We never leave them outside alone. Even though they are little they get over heated very easily so they are only out for a short amount of time, several times a day.
