Depending on when you take your puppy home, it will have either one or two sets of puppy shots. All of our puppies will receive their first set of puppy shots at 6 weeks of age. If your puppy is to stay with us longer, either due to family issues or due to the size of your puppy, it will receive its second set of shots. Puppies should receive three sets of puppy shots.
We do not give nor do we recommend giving the corona virus or adeno virus-1, not to be confused with adeno virus-2. We also do not recommend giving rabies along with the yearly booster shot.
Just because your puppy has received one set of shots, does not mean it is safe!! Your puppy is not FULLY protected until it has received all three sets of puppy shots. You will be advised to not take your puppy outside or to a pet store until the full set of shots are complete.
Shots should be given 3-4 week apart starting at 6 weeks of age. Three sets are required.
Your new puppy needs to recieve all of its puppy shots on time. It is very easy for diseases to spread and puppies in particular are very vunerable to these. They have a very poor chance of survival if they were to catch one of these diseases. Please make sure your puppy has had all vaccines!!!
WE WILL NOT COVER YOUR PUPPY UNDER OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE IF THE FULL SET OF PUPPY SHOTS ARE NOT COMPLETED!!!!!!!
